Donations made by individuals are deductible for an amount equal to 30% of the disbursements up to a maximum annual amount of 30,000 euros or are deductible to an extent equal to 10% of the total declared income.

Donations made by companies are deductible from taxable income for all donations made in an amount equal to 10% of the total declared income.
